PERSONAL TRAINER’S DIET | Full Day Of Eating Bodybuilding | Day In The Life. Eating 160g of protein & 2500 calories, a full day of eating which would be fat loss for me. I ate slightly more the following day to ensure I am eating around maintenance calories for the week. This amount of food could be a calorie deficit which would yield fat loss or even a bulking lean bulking diet for some people. But this is how I eat 160g protein with ease and enjoy fast healthy meals at the same time. A relatively low cost full day of eating too if you are eating on a budget. As a personal trainer, this is a typical day in my life for me on a rest day, training pt clients, online clients and eating some good high protein meals.
