ATX Lever Incline Chest Press
3 working sets: 14, 14, 14 reps

Dumbbell Press
3 working sets: 10, 12, 16 reps

Cable Flyes
2 working sets: 12, 14 reps

Side Dumbbell Lateral Raise
3 sets of 15-20 reps

Rope Pushdown
3 working sets: 14, 15, 13 reps

Overhead Rope Extension
3 working sets: 16, 14, 12 reps + dropset
