Side Dumbbell Lateral Raise
5 sets – 25, 20, 15, 15, 15 reps
Last set alternating reps past failure

Incline Side Dumbbell Lateral Raise
3 sets – 12 reps

Wide-grip Upright Row
4 sets – 15 reps

Reverse Dumbbell Flyes
4 sets – 20, 15, 15, 15 reps

Face-pulls (chest supported)
3 sets – 15 reps

Uni-lateral Cable Shrugs
3 sets – 12 reps

Dumbbell Front Raises
2 sets – 12-15 reps
